Your typical day will involve working with SAP BASIS Administration, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP BASIS Administration solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP BASIS Administration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to business operations. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP BASIS Administration, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP BASIS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Solution Manager. - Strong understanding of SAP BASIS Administration best practices and standards. - Experience with SAP BASIS Administration troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Solid grasp of SAP BASIS Administration technical documentation development. - Experience with SAP BASIS Administration mentorship and guidance.
