Summary: As an Application Lead for Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS), you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, designing and configuring EPBCS applications, and leading the development team to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for EPBCS application development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Lead the development team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide regular updates on project progress. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) application development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Planning, and Essbase. - Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes. - Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related technologies. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of software development best practices and standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) application development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
