Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will be responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. Your typical day will involve upskilling and cross-skilling technology talent, contributing to course content development, and creating questions for certification and assessments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Deliver foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. - Upskill and cross-skill technology talent to keep them market-relevant. - Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends to ensure training programs are current and relevant. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python or Java. - Experience in delivering training programs and developing course content. - Strong understanding of technology and industry trends. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Educational Qualification: - B.Tech. /B.E. / MCA / Equivalent IT Qualification Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in JavaScript. - This position is based at our Pune office.
