Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating optimized user experiences by translating design concepts into prototype solutions. Your typical day will involve working on software engineering solutions and prototypes, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. Roles & Responsibilities: - Create and optimize user experiences by translating design concepts into prototype solutions. - Develop software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the development process. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in user experience design and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: - Solid understanding of software engineering solutions and prototypes. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of design intent and technical feasibility implications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in User Experience Design, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
