Operations Co-ordinator 1 in Regulatory Reporting - Zagreb, Croatia

Manage the administrative support across IQVIA Safety Operations - Regulatory Reporting.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in processing of Lifecycle Safety data

Collecting and distributing endpoint information to appropriate project personnel

• Database entry

• Assist with administrative team (creation and maintenance of project files)

• Perform project administrative tasks (maintenance of personal safety files for mail merges and regulatory documents, copying of documents, envelope stuffing, tracking and filing of submission dossiers, and distributing listings to client and/or operations team members).

• Creating, maintain and track documentation, electronic filing, retrieving and distribution of documentation to operations team members, assisting in maintenance of document control storage and relevant applications/systems as directed.

• Archiving documentation and project files

• Escalating any system/equipment problem

• Participate in continuous improvement of all departmental processes and procedures by identifying and implementing efficiencies in workflow and/or case processing.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year of relevant work experience

• Equivalent combination of education, training and work experience

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications

• Excellent written and verbal skills in English (min. C1)

• Strong organizational skills and time management skills

• Strong verbal/written communication skills

• Self-motivated and flexible

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow instructions/guidelines, utilize initiative and work independently
