Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the processing of payables by ensuring that the invoices are supported by the necessary documents, accurately recorded in accordance with the accounting standards, tax laws and company policies.
- Process invoice payments by adhering with the agreed terms, seeking approvals, and relaying correct payment details to the payments team.
- Maintains the accounting records database and files invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents required for tax compliance.
- Handles Concur expense report queries and ensures the reimbursement/crediting process adheres to the company's business meals and travel policies.
- Assists on audits and tax compliance by submitting reports needed on time and perform any assigned ad- hoc tasks.
- Participate in required trainings and seminars to stay updated with any related updates that enhance professional skills and promote work efficiency.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy or any Accounting- related course.
- With at least 6 months working experience in similar position.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize own workloads to meet deadlines.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co- workers and managers.
- Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
- Amenable to morning shift schedule
