Job Description Summary:

This position will support clinical and operational inpatient pharmacy workflows at the new Pickerington Methodist Hospital. The pharmacy coordinator will play an integral role in training and onboarding pharmacists, managing the pharmacist schedule, supporting expanding clinical workflows, pharmacy & therapeutics committees, clinical process improvement and system pharmacy clinical committees, etc.

This position assists with the planning and implementation of operational and clinical initiatives. Direct involvement in continuous quality improvement, regulatory compliance, safety plan management and daily operations management is required.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- RPH - Registered Pharmacist
- Field of Study: Pharmacology
- Years of experience: 5


SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Pharmacy; Registered Pharmacist in the State of Ohio; Advanced degree or equivalent Experience . Knowledge of business, and or clinical pharmacy health care environment trends 5 years Experience practicing as a Pharmacist.
