Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Azure DevOps. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Microsoft Azure DevOps, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications. - Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring that best practices are followed and that team members are continuously improving their skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Microsoft Azure. - Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
