Summary: As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications using Apex, Visualforce, and other technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement them in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet business process and application requirements. - Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems using APIs and middleware technologies. - Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and middleware technologies. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and data model. - Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and customization. - Solid grasp of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
