Description -

主要职责：

负责惠普打印产品电商业务的营销整体策略的制定、规划、执行和优化 收集并分析行业数据，根据自身品牌产品特点，与Marcom团队、业务部门合作，结合业务重点和促销节点，制定电商平台投放策略，并完成公司制定的营销目标;

规划和管理营销活动的预算，合理有效、最大限度地使用预算执行广告投放和营销活动;

结合市场整体行情和行业数据对竞争对手的产品策略、促销策略、营销策略、推广策略组合分析研究，提出应对措施;

统筹与平台方的对接、合作，有效协调内部各种资源，确保各项营销活动的成功实施，不断优化；

熟悉京东平台投放逻辑和投放产品，熟练使用京东平台各种数据分析工具 与投放团队合作，确保投放策略、营销活动卓越执行；

统筹线上活动页面，产品详情页，广告推广，内容推广等对应的素材优化，准确把控品牌视觉，品牌调性。 负责监控周、月及季度营销结果，及时改进;

要求：

本科以上学历, 5 年以上市场营销/电商工作经验

具备较强的逻辑思维、调研及数据分析能力，并善于通过数据指导优化运营

有良好的沟通能力，管理，及跨团队合作和统筹协调的能力，执行力高效

积极主动，性格外向，抗压能力强 良好的英文沟通能力
