Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, designing and developing software solutions, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and performance expectations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process, as well as providing support and maintenance for existing applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements. - Design and develop software applications based on business process and application requirements. - Ensure the applications meet quality standards and performance expectations. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development process. - Provide support and maintenance for existing applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the testing and deployment of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation, Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - Knowledge of programming languages such as C# or VB.NET. - Familiarity with database systems and SQL. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug software applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Robotic Process Automation tools. - Recommendation: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A minimum of 16 years of full-time education is required.
