Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Scrum methodology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and testing software, and ensuring the quality of the final product. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using Scrum methodology. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software requirements. - Design, develop, and test software to meet business process and application requirements. - Ensure the quality of the final product by conducting thorough testing and debugging of software solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development and Scrum methodology. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Kanban or Lean. - Experience in designing, developing, and testing software solutions. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies. - Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in software development and Scrum methodology. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
