eLearning Development Intern/Co-Op - RTP

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eLearning Development Intern/Co-op to join our team. This role will be instrumental in transitioning our video training content into engaging eLearning modules using our native Learning Management System (LMS).

Job Description:

Position: eLearning Development Intern/Co-Op
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in transitioning existing video training materials into interactive eLearning modules.
• Utilize the company’s LMS to upload and organize eLearning content.
• Collaborate with the training team to understand the instructional design and content requirements.
• Ensure eLearning modules are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure the content is error-free and meets company standards.
• Meet project deadlines and deliverables as assigned.
• Work independently with some supervision, demonstrating initiative and time management skills.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a related degree program (e.g., Education, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Information Technology) or recent graduate, or requisite experience.
• Computer literate with a strong understanding of common software applications.
• Highly task-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong ability to work independently while receiving some guidance and supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and editing presentations.
• Experience using Camtasia or similar video editing software.
• Basic graphic design skills to enhance the visual elements of eLearning modules.
• Prior experience or coursework in eLearning development or instructional design.
• Familiarity using the Snagit tool or the like.
• Familiarity using the Pictory tool or the like.
