"This role will specifically support our Data, Analytics & AI organization in Strategy and Transformation.

 

Human Resources HR Asst Analyst– L5

 

Our Strategy and Transformation is looking for an HR Asst Analyst to play a key role in providing support to the PepsiCo HR agenda for the Strategy and Transformation Function, specifically the Data Analytics and AI organization. The HR Asst Analyst will serve as support to the Sr. HRBP’s while delivering strategic initiatives around Talent, Capability and Culture.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive HR support for the client specified above, including exceptional execution of core processes, employee relations, and day-today HR activities.
  • Proactively work with HRBP’s with staffing
  • Support talent attraction and talent acquisition
  • Running and analyzing reports.

Compensation and Benefit Details:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $87,000 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, psychology, or another related field required Master’s
  • Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management preferred. 
  • A minimum of 1 year of prior Human Resources Generalist and/or Organizational Development experience required Experience practicing HR supporting a corporate function is preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Understanding of, and some experience with, most or all the core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing; on-boarding, retention, business partner support; leadership development; training)
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations
  • Strong communications skills, Strong decision making skills, Strong interpersonal skills
