Principal Accountabilities:
Sub Job Family Description: Responsible for processing orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact. Track and monitor orders for customers and sales personnel and maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information. Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures.___* Manage order processing staff who process customer orders in accordance with company guidelines and policies* Ensure orders are accurately scheduled for production and fulfillment* Manage the credit approval process, confirmation of customer requirements and plant capacity * Manage performance to increase productivity and reduce error rate* Create training plans and document best practices in order management
 

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field *Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager’s criteria* Generally eight years of progressive experience with two years of supervisory experience* Strong organization and communication skills
