What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the reservations and CORE department; function as resource for reservations sales agents; training, reservations sales calls; problem and conflict resolution; scheduling, commissions and incentive program management 
• Operate and manage a Property Management System
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless and exceptional customer experiences
• Control rooms and rate availability in accordance with established guidelines to maximize occupancy and revenue.  
• Coordinate group inventory and allocations with the Director of Sales and/or Director of Marketing
• Assist the Director of Revenue with the production and publishing of the monthly analysis/report summarizing the month end reservations activity.  
• Provide ongoing accurate and timely performance feedback/ conduct annual reviews. 

What you bring

• College degree

• Two to three years previous experience in Reservations or equivalent rooms division department management

• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera, Salesforce and other programs as needed

Excellent communication and organization skills

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
