About the role

Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is looking for Spa Receptionist who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.  The position reports to the Director of Spa.

Work authorization for the location is required.

What you will do

• Take booking, explain & coordinate spa treatments’ package to guest.

• Have product knowledge of all Spa & Salon retail products and up – sell treatments and retail products accordingly.

• Coordinate treatment booking with spa treatment room reservations.

• Prepare Pre / Post treatment to serve guest beverage requirements and offer service where needed.

• Coordinate the attendants to liaise with the therapists in order top ensure efficient guest flow and departmental presentation standards are kept.

• Prepare daily report and monthly report to submit to Director of Spa.

• To be responsible for the administration, document file, report to Director of Spa and guest require information.

• Coordinate with team and ensure the smooth running of the Spa operation at all time.

• Recheck and make sure the room booking are available to guest and confirmation sent to guest for the next day.
