The Leisure Activities Manager is in charge of all leisure activities at the resort. which includes operating the Ski Concierge, Summer Haus, Pool operation and programing for kids. The position is truly at the heart of the guest experience and should be comfortable interacting with guest in person, remembering their needs and resolving concerns on a regular basis.

Director of Leisure Activities and Wellness:

This person will oversee all facets of the Ski Concierge in the Winter and Pool Operations in the Summer including all recreational responsibilities. This position will open and close both seasonal departments, as well as create and manage budget policy and procedures.

In the capacity of Director of Leisure and Wellness, the individual will be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing all leisure programing at the resort such as but not limited to winter and summer activations, kids’ programming as well as Spa and In-Room Wellness programs. Creativity, an eye for detail and the ability to implement luxury touch points and unique experiences for the luxury consumer is a must.

This position reports directly to the Resort Manager and is a senior manager in the operation. Interested applicants need to be comfortable with working alongside the Director of Rooms, Executive Chef and Assistant Director of F&B to ensure a smooth operation. Critical guest problem solving skills as well as strategic planning is a must for this position.

 

This position requires a minimum of two years of previous experience managing operations in a Luxury Resort setting. Previous Experience in hotel food and beverage and/ or recreational management experience preferred.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary of $85-95k annually.
