Data Analytics/Process Analyst - RTP

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate Sales Ops reports and maintain organizational metrics
• Develop metrics strategy and roadmap – start with manual collection in Excel and drive automation after verification of metric value
• Perform analytics on key reports and present insights based on the data
• Provide support and improve maintenance forecasting process
• Integrate GenAI into Sales Ops processes
• Document and drive improvements in Sales Ops support processes – initial focus on maintenance
• Interface back into IT for prioritized system enhancements
• Investigate data issues and drive corrective action – perform preventative actions on systemic issues
• Investigate and report on best in class reporting practices
• Project manage prioritized strategic initiatives
• Cross-Train to enable coverage for managing a region forecast role as needed -potentially own Global Maintenance to begin to establish solid baseline understanding.

Qualifications:

New Grad -Business, Accounting, Data analytics, Information Systems

SFDC and Oracle knowledge valued
