Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance business operations and improve efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and test software applications based on business requirements - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand application requirements - Create technical specifications and design documents for application development - Develop and maintain software code using programming languages and tools - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and quality - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues - Conduct system integration testing and support user acceptance testing - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing - Experience with SQL and database querying - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies - Familiarity with ETL tools such as Informatica or DataStage - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing - This position is based at our Chennai office - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required
