Quality Specialist – 12 month maternity cover

Here at Fresenius Medical Care, we are looking for a Quality Specialist to join us for a 12-month maternity cover.

You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives and conducting comprehensive audits to ensure we are compliant with relevant regulations and our standards. As someone with genuine passion for the subject and excellent communication skills you will naturally inspire people to achieve our objectives and achieve continual improvement.

Ideally you will have a background in healthcare and a working knowledge of either GxP or ISO 9001. Knowledge of a healthcare provider is a strong advantage but isn’t essential for the role as training will be provided.

This is a hybrid, full-time role of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday. This role requires regular travel across the UK and therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.

What does the role involve?

You will:

• Lead on the successful implementation of the Quality Management System
• Provide ad-hoc and formal training on QMS topics
• Support completion of the annual audit schedule
• Manage relationships with third-party document management companies
• Provide Change Management and CAPA support
