Marketing & Communications Intern (part-time job for students) (all genders) - Bratislava, BBC 5 Bldg

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

As a Marketing+Communications intern/assistant you will provide support for coordination, execution and reporting of marketing activities targeting potential candidates (and partially also internal employees and/or business partners).

Responsibility:

Providing support for planning, coordination, execution and reporting of marketing activities targeting primarily the company’s potential candidates (candidate marketing activities), including:

• Support execution of own events (conferences, social events, lectures, workshops, meetups etc.)

• Coordination of events organized by 3rd party partners (career fairs, social events or professional events such as lectures at Universities, conferences, workshops etc.)

• Active communication with partners and suppliers (e.g. agencies, student organizations, associations, vendors etc.)

• Supporting campus activities and university relations

• Support career website management and related translations  

• Help with distribution of direct e-mails as well as preparing content (e.g. invitations to events)

• Production of various marketing materials (brochures, leaflets etc.)

• Production of branded merchandise

• Expense/budget management

• Other administrative tasks (suppliers management, purchase orders creation, invoicing, contract management etc.).

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• University student (3rd year of studies preferred)

• Experience with organization of events or involvement in various student associations is an advantage

• Good written and spoken English

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Accuracy and attention to details

• Self-reliant person and outstanding team player

WHAT WE OFFER:

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 5,5 € per hour depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
