Providing excellent customer service by working within the Quality function to support a zero defect mindset
Ensuring internal & external communication is of a high standard giving as much data as possible
Working on quality documentation to support the business needs especially problem solving documents
Supporting the GRE in the Customer KPI reviews
Supporting with internal & external customer audits to the GRE
Obtaining an understanding of the Valeo VIM (Valeo Incidents Management) system to support internal & customer problem solving
Working with Nissan GRE team to learn about the role & responsibilities
Using Valeo problem solving tools QRQC and also PDCA / FTA, PFMEA and LLC
Learning, understanding and actively taking part in the Quality process to promote the zero defect mindset.
Working with the warranty team to understand factors behind warranty claims
Take part in regular Warranty and Quality meetings
Represent Valeo in front of Nissan customer for day to day Quality issues (once trained satisfactorily to health & safety and Valeo / Nissan minimum requirement)
GCSE’s or equivalent (minimum grade 5 in English and Maths)
Own transport and full UK driving licence
Communication; strong written and verbal skills
IT literate desirable although training will be provided (Google/Microsoft Office tools, especially Sheets/Excel as required for reporting and analytical purposes)
