DTC Replenishment Planner

As the Replenishment Planner you will help build the next generation of retail replenishment systems and mechanisms. You will be part of a team that encourages innovation, analytical rigor, and understanding and applying the “so what’s” to inform replenishment strategies and drive profitable inventory optimization.

You will manage a high revenue producing assortment of styles cross Our Direct-to-Consumer Omni channel business in multiple countries. You will partner cross functionally with Merchandise Planning, Allocation, Buying, Supply Chain, Store Operations, and Distribution Centers to develop Replenishment strategies to support revenue targets and optimize in store inventory. Very importantly, your contributions will enhance consumer experience through product availability, wherever and whenever they access our brand.

DTC Replenishment Planner

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

  • Utilize DTC system capabilities to drive the ongoing replenishment process for high revenue producing assortment of styles from.

  • Manage statistical forecast outputs to determine replenishment needs.

  • Implement actionable reporting to monitor sales and ensure current and future projected inventory levels are aligned with sales objectives, including daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment reports.

  • Utilize analysis outside of the system to ensure accurate implementation of system parameters.

  • Optimize SKU level inventory flow and placement across DTC channels & selling locations.

  • Proactively communicate inventory/supply chain concerns as related to forecasted sales.

  • Recommend assortment changes based on seasonal analysis of replenishment style performance.

  • Your retail experience and understanding of analytics and demand forecasting will be utilized to make better replenishment decisions and influence business outcomes.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage through complexity.

  • Partner with multiple business teams to ensure the replenishment process supports successfully meeting financial goals.

  • Leverage communication skills to build strong cross functional relationships.

Bring your analytical and collaborative skills to ensure optimized inventory that achieves both sell through and financial targets. Enhance consumer experience by ensuring in stock wherever consumers shop in our DTC network. Build strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment on replenishment strategies across multiple channels and countries and build brand love.

Skills for Success

Years of related professional experience: 5-8+ years

Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

What we expect you already know: In-depth knowledge of demand forecasting outputs and store replenishment philosophies and methodology, with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills and an aptitude for retail systems. Familiarity with replenishment parameter management. Previous experience in retail replenishment software (Blue Yonder /JDA or other) is a plus.

Hiring Range:

$86,400.00 USD - $108,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
