Job Description Summary:

According to department policies and nursing care standards, provides professional nursing care services to patients admitted/transferred to assigned unit. In doing so, demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care provided to assigned patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart AssociationAmerican Heart AssociationAmerican Heart Association, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of NursingOhio Board of NursingOhio Board of NursingCurrent registered nurse license from the State of Ohio. Knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. BLS Certification .
