Sales Administrator - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• Assist the KAMs with order processing, quotations, demonstrations, and reference visits .

• Handle customer inquiries, qualify leads and provide pre-sales support.

• Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing to create a

• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team.

• Organize and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and events.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, power maps for key clients and for achieving sales targets.

• Assist in the development and implementation of sales campaigns and promotions.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

• Support with the creation of report, dashboards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Knowledge of CRM software is a MUST.

• Arabic speaking is a must

• PowerBI knowledge is a plus

• Healthcare IT experience is a plus
