About the Team
HR Technology team encompass managing HR information systems, particularly the Workday platform, developing and implementing technology solutions for HR processes within Workday, ensuring data accuracy and security, providing technical support to HR staff, collaborating with IT teams to integrate Workday with other corporate systems, and analyzing data to support HR decision-making. Additionally, these roles involve improving HR processes through technological advancements and ensuring seamless integration of Workday with other corporate applications.
Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs and to deliver code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions. This includes developing, configuring, or modifying integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments. This role facilitates the implementation and maintenance of business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with Business, Engineering, and Product teams to design, build, and deploy highly available and scalable solutions on the Workday and Service Now platform.
Assist the Customer with all phases to establish and implement manual testing for a new Workday HR & Payroll project.
Coordinates, executes, and participates in component integration (CIT) scenarios to identify application errors and to ensure quality software deployment.
Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards.
Years of Experience
2 - 5 years of experience.
Education Qualification & Certifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
3 years of experience in software development or a related field
Primary Skills
3 Years Workday Integration Implementation or Support experience.
3 year of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC)
Having 2+ Years of Workday functional & Integration Testing experience
EIB’s, Core Connectors, XML, XSLT, Workday Core HCM and high overview of Payroll.
Assist the Customer with all phases to establish and implement manual testing for a new Workday HR & payroll project.
Understanding of ServiceNow HR Service Management (HRSM) module.
Extensive experience in writing, debugging, and optimizing business rules, Script includes, client scripts, and all other Server or client-side scripts within the ServiceNow platform.
Familiarity with Service Portal widgets, portal, page configuration.
Experience with ServiceNow integration with other systems like Workday or other tools
Knowledge of ServiceNow Glide APIs and REST APIs for data manipulation and retrieval
Familiarity with ServiceNow scoped applications and how to develop reusable scripts and components.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant languages
Good to have command on other features and platforms like Flow Designer, UI Builder, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent etc.
Experience in analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues.
Established experience in the creation and documentation of test cases and test plans.
Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, to resolve problems, and to make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of Agile Methodology is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Secondary Skills
3 years of IT experience developing and implementing Workday within an organization
2+ years of experience working with defect or incident tracking software2+ years of experience with technical documentation in a software development environment
Experience with application and integration middleware
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Workday Studio Knowledge is preferred.
