Warehouse Certifier - Burnsville, Minnesota

This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fastpaced warehouse operation.

• Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
• Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.
• Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental
• opportunities of picker and loadersa
• Track each load accurately
• Accurately count all pallets
• Maintain pace of pallet configuration
• Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
• Identify priorities and coordinate resources
• Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
• Recommend process improvements
• Coordinate picker and loader team
• Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
• Embrace and promote a culture of “stack, wrap, strap”
• Other duties as Assigned

Compensation and Benefits :

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950 based on a full-time schedule.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekends
