About the role
At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees daily pool operations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction while upholding Four Seasons standards.

What you will do
•    Supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and services.
•    Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines.
•    Work closely with Engineering to maintain proper water quality and mechanical operation of
      the swimming and whirl pools.
•    Oversee the cleanliness of the all Food & Beverage areas.
•    Maintain the Food & Beverage operations as a safe environment and in accordance with all
      health department regulations.
•    Utilize all computer systems relevant to the departments.
•    Participate in regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of Residence Club policies
      and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service.
•    Understand all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of
      preparation and proper service.
•    Take charge of the duties of the Assistant Manager when they are off/vacation.
 

What you bring
•    Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
•    Previous supervisory or management experience, preferred
•    Food and beverage service experience preferred
•    Must be 21 years of age
•    Must have a valid California Driver’s License
•    RBS and San Diego County Food Handlers (not required upon hire)
