Job description:

Field service cost management specialist focus on Services and Warranty cost management. This role’s responsibility is integral to our organization's success, as it involves collaborating with each department heads, Functional Finance, and Category teams to ensure alignment on Cost Flash process, anticipate and address risks and opportunities, drive harmonization, explore leverage and effectively coordinate proactive cost mitigation plans when necessary. Specific work includes:

Support functional finance on month-end closing with correct accrual, cost reclass. Good collaboration and alignment on monthly cost flash accuracy with finance team and category teams. Labor FLC accuracy in system Ensure Cost booking accuracy in terms of fix vs variable, print vs PC, warranty vs trade Yearly budgeting with WW cost lead and AP finance team, including HC budget,  fix program budget, variable cost budget Financial insight to share with BM & MS deliver team for cost reduction Cost management to meet Budget, Flash and new tasking. Collaboration with ETE FA and category team on TOS/COS/TWC%/TOS/WIB monitoring and address risks and opportunities, address BU requirement on TOS and TWC% analysis and reduction.

Qualification:

Bachelor or master degree majored in business administration, Economics, computer science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience. Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in service operation, financial management, internal audit, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.  Creative and can logically simplify to solve complicated problems Fluent oral and written English Clear and effective communication skills Strong data analysis skill Hard working with teamwork spirit and can-do attitude
