HVH HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER 

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for an HVH Housekeeping Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our HVH Housekeeping Manager have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Manages a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the residential homes. Interviews, trains and schedules the staffConducts Performance Evaluations and disciplines staff when needed.  

  • Schedules work to be done daily, collects time sheets for assigned work areas. Monitors each Residential Attendant’s daily progress in each home. Inspects completed assignments to ensure that all standards have been met.  When standards have been missed, brings employee back to residence and coaches the employee on how to correct the deficiency. 

  • Coordinates work orders with Engineering and Property Managers for residences managed by HVH as needed 

  •  Supports the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives to consistently improve and grow all areas of HVH   

  •  Promotes the full range of HVH Housekeeping services to current and prospective homeowners and contributes to the growth of the business by acquiring new sources of revenue   

  •  Maintains open communication with homeowners, Property Managers, and all HVH staff to ensure service standards are met for each member 

  •  Monitors the performance of Residential Attendants. Assures that there are sufficient supplies available for attendants to complete required cleaning. Checks cleanliness of residences, back of house storage areas for HVH housekeeping, and trailer offices maintained by HVH team.   

  •  Plans and executes duties and events that supports the interest of the department and/or business. 

  • Understands and complies with loss prevention policies and procedures. 

  • Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals; continuously strives to improve service performance. 

  • Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service 

  • Handles guest problems and complaints 

  • Prepare reports concerning occupancy, payroll expenses, and department expenses

WHAT TO BRING 

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States 

  • Previous housekeeping service experience preferred 

  • Weekend & Holiday availability required
