We are looking for a passionate Ultimate Dinner Server who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our DUO Management Team.
What you will do
Create a memorable experience for the guest during their special occasion. Serve guest needs in a private dining setting by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. Responsible for entire setup and breakdown of the Ultimate Dinner Experience
What you bring
• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years food & beverage service or related work. Extensive Food & Beverage knowledge. Wine knowledge preferred.
• Sommelier Certification preferred.
• Minimum five years food & beverage service or related work. Extensive Food & Beverage knowledge. Wine knowledge preferred.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to serve elaborate culinary dishes and premium wine & spirits.
• Ability to provide the highest level of service quality in a private dining experience.
• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card
• Maui Liquor Card
• ServSafe (within 3 months)
• Tuberculosis Clearance

• Part time
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
