Lead testing projects and be accountable for plan and scope commitments as well as for quality, timeliness and budgetary constraints. Provides end to end integrative view, managing multiple interfaces for achieving overall goals and overcoming captivating points and obstacles. Work with customers and relevant partners.

What will your job look like?

• You will be responsible for full lifecycle of software engineering project (planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, resolution of issues, and achievement of thetargets) within agreed quality, time, budget, and other agreed KPIs/SLAs
• You will be responsible for Team and People management (professional and personal care aspects)
• You will lead the team to resolve technical challenges, lead unit level initiatives to build technical competency to meet the needs of the team or unit
• You will lead the team for meeting the best software engineering practices, qualityprocesses and methodologies
• You will promote and instill a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency to thesoftware/business processes through out-of-the-box thinking on product and processes byutilizing or creating new software engineering tools and different innovation techniques
• You will manage multiple interfaces (internal and external), relationships and communication to ensure software delivery is aligned to meet not only the customer requirements, but also adds value to their business

All you need is...

• 10-15 years’ experience in performance testing of large-scale enterprise systems.
• Leading a team who is Expert in developing test scripts, creating scenario, test execution and analysis using LoadRunner / Jmeter / Neoload / Blazemeter / SOASTA / Akamai and any monitoring tool.
• Expert in compiling, analyzing and interpreting performance test results.
• Knowledge of application monitoring (e.g. HP Diagnostic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics etc.)
• Attention to detail and good interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to understand hardware and software architectures
• Ability to evaluate open source performance test tools and suggest suitable one for the application under test
• Understanding of throughput, latency, memory and CPU utilization
• Should be ready to work in an environment which may demand individual contribution as well a sa team player.
• Hands-on knowledge of Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL query, C, C++, Java, Unix or any other language
