If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you. HP Inc. is looking for an executive assistant to support the managing director of UK and Ireland, who is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of HP's business in the region.
This role is a Fixed term contract for 1 year.
Key responsibilities
Manage the managing director's calendar, travel arrangements, expenses and correspondence.
Coordinate and prepare for internal and external meetings, events and presentations.
Act as a liaison between the managing director and other senior leaders, stakeholders and partners.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide administrative support to the UK and Ireland leadership team as needed.
Contribute to the improvement of processes and systems within the office.
Required skills and qualifications
Typically 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
Exceptional organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant tools.
Flexible, adaptable and resilient, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative, with a positive attitude and a high level of initiative.
