EMEA Supply Chain Personal Systems manager

Description -

This position is part of Supply Chain Staff reporting to the EMEA Service Supply Chain Director. The PS SC Manager will drive the PS spare parts and Whole Units Supply chain department 

She/he will enable the spare parts on-time delivery to our EMEA customers (internal/external) while balancing and optimizing the department cost budget (P&L) and Inventory levels (Balance sheet, Cash Flow). 

He/she will be accountable for setting and operating the right parts/Whole unit Supply chain strategy and the right team operative structure to achieve best in class cost structure and customer experience, while driving our inventory level down.

One of the major focuses for the PS manager will be to lead/drive, as business sponsor, the transformation of our PS commercial and consumer Supply chain, enabling renew scale, services growth and partner/network consolidation.

 

Job specifics/responsibilities:

  • Operational excellence:

    • Ensure Customer Satisfaction for PS Parts/WUR in EMEA
    • Delivery performance management
    • Partner account and operation management
    • Budget, financials, inventory management
    • Drive/enable year over year cost decrease by leading process improvement Plan of record
    • Quality of Service (Service Level) and Quality of New and repaired Parts
    • In region Repair process implementation

 

  • PS Transformation sponsorship
    • Simplify stabilization and management of change\
    • Renew scale
    • Services and contractual growth
    • Partner/network strategy

 

  • People management
    • Talent development
    • Employee engagement towards HP values

General

  • Monitor and ensure alignment with organizational goals and contractual commitments.
  • Develop talents, coach and mentor direct report managers / employees.
  • Manage ARC process for employees, individual performance feedback, people development plans as well as department overall engagement / Grow plan
  • Propose/influence direction-setting and decision-making for the SC department at EMEA and WW level

 

 

Key deliverables/accountabilities:

  • Cost: extended spend, Cost per events – versus budget and Flash
  • Inventory: Gross & Net inventory
  • Operational: GLOS, LOF, backlog/aged backlog
  • Customer: sNPS , escalation
  • People: VIA, team engagement, talent development, training, Rotation, total rewards, Collaborative environment

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in a supply chain function (or engineering or related fields)
  • 5 years of direct people management experience, including diverse team profile managed.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills supported by both a positive, proactive and collaborative approach
  • Change management agent
  • Ability to interface with HP Executives – excellent communication skills
  • Strategic thinking, promote creative thinking and implement initiatives.

  • Organization and people Management- Ability to manage, motivate (hiring, coaching, timely feedback...) and develop individual contributors and create high performing organization
