Demand Creation Campaign/ Brand Platform – PS WW Commercial Marketing - 1 year FTC

Description -

This is a one year fixed term contract working in the Personal Systems Commercial Worldwide Marketing team to deliver against our ambitious AI Personal Computer launch objectives. Responsibilities will include managing the strategy, creative development and production of our upcoming through the line (TTL) campaign, including creative testing and performance measurement. May include development of campaign materials relating to our brand partners Wrexham AFC, Real Madrid, Ferrari. 

An exciting and dynamic role driving HP’s most high-profile launch that requires managing agencies and complex stakeholder structures, and regularly working with US counterparts across time zones.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of insights-led marketing strategies and campaign platforms in close collaboration with marketing leadership and local marketing counterparts

  • Deliver industry leading, break-through marketing content and assets to be deployed globally

  • Partner and guide markets in the successful deployment of global campaign platform to meet business objectives and brand objectives 

  • Lead campaign performance measurement programmes, report and implement these learnings to optimize future campaigns.

  • Inspire our agency network to produce on-brand, world class, business-driving work across the mix, every time.

  • Manage campaign budgets within Personal Systems overall budget, statement of works, purchase order (PO), Reconciliation.

 
Knowledge & Skills:

  • Typically, 8 years in global strategic and/or creative marketing roles across both consumer and commercial audiences with at least 3 years specifically in the PC / IT industry and/or related field.

  • Proven track record of global agency experience including production of campaigns from briefing, strategy, through to shoot and delivery to markets.

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in brand strategy, content marketing, direct marketing, account-based marketing and social media marketing to end-users and business decision makers

  • Strong creative instincts. You will be able to identify great creative from average creative.

  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills and ability to influence different stakeholders.

  • Experience in setting/executing learning agendas and testing / optimizing across campaigns including focus groups, creative pre-testing, in-market performance testing.

  • High level of tact and diplomacy; ability to interact with all levels of the company and marry differing priorities, from top to bottom.

  • Budget planning and process management.

  • Driven, energetic, transformational and engaging.

  • Superior project management skills with the ability to run multiple assignments simultaneously.

  

Impact/Scope:

  • Typically supports the manager and drives the most prominent projects within the business. This includes planning through to execution.

  • Interacts with markets, alliance partners, other business groups and regions concerning brand strategy and campaign development.

  • Strongly influences peers and managers within the region, function, or business group.


Complexity:

  • High – cross- functional/cross-organizational senior management, partner and/or customer interface; deals with complex strategic issues.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Master degree or equivalent preferred).

  • Typically, 8+ years of work experience in related field

  • Strong agency background working on global accounts
