Technical Trainer - Warsaw

Valeo Service is the Aftermarket Specialist serving both auto manufacturers with original equipment spares and the independent aftermarket with replacement parts and accessories for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. We are looking for a Technical Training and Development Expert.

Your challenges?

• Development of training courses and relevant training documentation in alignment with the latest industry trends and European regulations.

• Planning, organizing, and implementing training courses in the field of automotive high-voltage systems.

• Collaboration in content creation for training and technical documentation.

• Proficiency in video creation, recording, and conducting training workshops.

• Conducting technical trainings and providing support to workshops in Poland.

• Building the company's image and market position through the delivery of technical and product-focused training.

• Direct collaboration with automotive workshops and parts distributors.

• Participating in promotional activities for Valeo products during industry events and customer meetings.

Join our team if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering).

• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and components, particularly electrical systems and powertrains.

• Practical experience in automotive mechanics.

• Documented experience in a similar role.

• Expertise in automotive electrical and electromechanical systems.

• Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics.

• Strong presentation and knowledge transfer skills.

• Excellent planning and self-organization abilities.

• Proficient in English, including technical terminology.

• Valid Driver's License (Category B).

• Proficiency in computer use, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Independence, attention to detail, and responsibility.

• IT skills, with a preference for experience with online learning systems.

• Several years of professional experience in the mentioned areas, including training, didactics, and moderation.

• Willingness to travel internationally.
