Administrative Support Trainee for HR (Automotive LiDAR) - Prague

The Lidar department of the Valeo R&D Center in Prague is developing the flagship among our sensors: the Valeo SCALA® lidar is the first and still the only mass-produced automotive laser sensor on the market. It can detect obstacles on the road up to a distance of 200 meters and classify them in all weather conditions. It is used by carmakers for their most advanced models such as the Mercedes S-Class, Audi A8 or Honda Legend. Up to 30% of new premium vehicles are to reach level 3 of autonomous driving by 2030, and to do so, they will have to be equipped with lidar technology. We develop hardware, software, optics, mechanical construction, execute system testing and industrialization of this product

Our Team is seeking an Administrative Support Trainee for HR  who will coordinate ad hoc task & team activities.

YOUR CHALLENGES?

Administrative support of the HR team

• preparation of financial reports

• management of HR reports

• preparation of HR documents

Onboarding

• involvement in the entire process

• preparation of the onboarding document

• preparation of communication

• WorkDay training

• communication with N+1 and new employee

• creation of JD

• training planning

• interview after the end of the trial period and others

Support of preparation and running of HR projects

• educational events or team building events

Working with the WorkDay system

•  administrative tasks

•  HR reports

Management of job descriptions

• creating and editing templates

• signature with N+1 and employees

• folder management (electronic and physical)

• Graphics and web pages management

• back office support

• management of intranet pages

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU...

• Czech/Slovak language (upper intermediate level), English Language (intermediate level)

• University student

• Available to work part-time (20 hours/week) 

• Interested in at least 1 year cooperation

• Able to commute to the office 2-3 days a week 

• Detail oriented, proactive, communicative. 

• Experience with Google Workspace is advantage
