Hoteles Four Seasons Bogotá está buscando un Supervisor de Experiencia al Huésped que comparta una pasión por la excelencia y que infunda entusiasmo en todo lo que hace. Nuestro Supervisor de Reservas tiene la oportunidad de dar forma a nuestra experiencia del huésped, proporcionando conocimientos y un servicio excepcional en apoyo a nuestro equipo de Reservaciones. Esta posición reporta al gerente de reservaciones.

Responsabilidades

Supervisar Operación del departamento y cumplimiento de tareas diarias Trabajar en conjunto con el Departamento de Ventas en el manejo de reservas, disponibilidad, tarifas, políticas Controlar, revisar y analizar inventario de habitaciones con el fin de maximizar Revenue Manejar sobreventa Supervisar el ingreso de reservaciones, conteniendo éstas la información correcta Asegurar satisfacción del huésped desde posición como Supervisora Manejar quejas Crear, configurar y actualizar tarifas en sistema Apoyar en la elaboración de informes y reportes Comunicarse con los miembros del equipo para asegurar el más alto nivel de servicio personalizado Contribuir a nuestro entorno con una actitud positiva y amistosa

Cualificaciones y competencias preferidas

Manejo de Opera Experiencia en cargos de supervisión Disponibilidad horaria Profesional en hotelería o carreras afines Nivel de inglés avanzado
