About the role
At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the Team leader is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms meet the highest standards and oversees both Villa Attendants and House Attendants working on the floors: conducting detailed inspections of their work

What you will do

•    Supervise the Villa Attendants in their assigned work areas.
•    Inspect all units (vacant or occupied), checking standard of cleanliness, and ensuring guest
      amenities and/or supplies are present.
•    Inspect Special Attention units thoroughly, ensuring all special requests and amenities have
      been completed.  Report any issues to the Villa Attendants.
•    Guide and train Villa Attendants under the direction of the housekeeping leadership team.
•    Ensure proper procedures are in place for Special Attention guests and other guests and
      inform Villa Attendants of the same. Instruct the Villa Attendants to greet as many guests as
      possible by their name.
•    Supervise all housekeeping operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures,
      including special projects, general cleaning.
•    Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the floors/verandah walkways, and linen closets.
•    Adhere to the established standard of safety, fire regulations, and department procedures and
      policies.
•    Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of
     Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

What you bring
•    Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
•    Previous Housekeeping experience required.
