Pharmacy claims Analyst - Wayne, PA, United States of America

IQVIA is seeking a Pharmacy Quality Assurance Analyst for Pharmacy Claims Engine team.  This role will ensure our processes around Pharmacy Claims are occurring as intended and aim to improve those processes by automating them wherever possible.  The impact of this role will be creating efficient QA processes so that everyone involved in a pharmacy claim will achieve their goal effortlessly. This Pharmacy Quality Assurance Analyst will have this impact by advocating for process improvements, integration automation tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Essential Functions

• Carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements.
• Defines master test plans to document overall testing strategy for projects related to websites and webservices
• Performs QA tests on software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects prior to implementation.
• Documents all problems.
• Implements improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.
• Performs work flow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
• Establishes quantitative measurements and techniques for measuring software quality.
• Establishes automated software test and conducts complex software tests.
• Participates in review and evaluation of software quality assurance products and services for applicability to in-house needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) standards - version D.0 experience
• Prior experience with testing web services and web sites
• Working knowledge of testing automation tools, such as: Ready APIk Selenium, etc.
• Ability to manage and migrate data using SQL(Preferred)
• Previous experience with pharmacy claims is a required skill

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,000.00 - $145,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
