Associate Service Governance Director - Remote - Marietta, Georgia, United States of America

We are seeking an Associate Service Governance Director to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business remotely.

As an Associate Service Governance Director, you will lead complex, highly visible, global projects for the Operational Effectiveness Services (OES), delivering innovative global solutions that identify and accelerate operational productivity improvements, optimization, and efficiency.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Leading and advising on large scale, cross functional, global projects across OES core services, functional groups, and regions.
• Providing expert review regarding the scope and types of initiatives appropriate for OES engagement in conjunction with OES senior/executive management.
• Participating in initiative response/development and presentations providing project expertise.
• Maintaining knowledge of current OES initiatives and staff resourcing to provide input enabling sound decision making.
• Initiating and leading discussions with operations, OES management, and executive management teams to determine project scope, timelines, and feasibility.
• Evaluating and providing feedback regarding risks, quality, and overall probability of success to minimize negative impact on project objectives and deliverables.
• Managing project activities for staff responsible for project analysis, planning, strategy, and implementation.
• Finalizing project budget and scope of work to meet financial and company goals.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, life sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge of process / data analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data capture and compilation tools.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $101,600.00 - $188,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
