We are seeking a Medical Writer to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business Remotely.

As a Medical Writer, you will contribute to the preparation of pharmacokinetic (PK) method validation and bioanalytical sample analysis reports for our internal and external clients under the guidance of senior staff. You may also prepare other technical documents and deliverables.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Act as Lead Writer on straightforward projects, with guidance from senior staff as required.
• Participate in both internal and external project team meetings.
• Facilitate appropriate internal review of assigned documents.
• Perform peer review of final documents prepared by other team members.
• Manage day-to-day workload for assigned tasks and projects, in collaboration with senior staff.
• Keep abreast of current data, trends, scientific writing/regulatory knowledge, developments, and advances in area of drug development/scientific writing.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science-related discipline, or in a communications, technical writing, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a medical, clinical, preclinical, chemistry, or related environment.
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

• Excellent standard of written English, and ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Above average proficiency in MS Word.
• Familiarity with the structural and content requirements of bioanalytical method validation and sample analysis study reports for internal and external clients preferred.
• Knowledge of regulations relevant to bioanalysis, such as Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and those of other regulatory agencies (e.g., OECD, MHLW).

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $58,800.00 - $98,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
