Job Overview

This role involves managing administrative support across all Lifecycle Safety service lines and providing guidance to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing Lifecycle Safety data, tracking incoming Adverse Events (AE), and distributing event information to project personnel.

  • Support project workflow activities such as database entry, report generation, and quality control.

  • Provide administrative support including project start-up tasks, maintaining project files, and coordinating safety reports.

  • Handle project administrative tasks like creating labels, maintaining safety files, and distributing listings to team members.

  • Assist in archiving case folders and project files, and coordinate the transfer of archived material to storage facilities.

  • Contribute to system support tasks like creating project-specific entry specifications for the database and assisting in database validation.

  • Oversee administrative support by coordinating meetings, reserving resources, and identifying process or quality problems.

  • Provide training to new staff and participate in the continuous improvement of departmental processes.

  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to administrative team members and monitor case intake and archiving process.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent in a scientific or healthcare discipline.

  • Advanced level of English

  • 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Good understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage deadlines.

  • Willingness to learn new skills across all Lifecycle Safety service lines.
