WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects that combine processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. You will support the client for achieving successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Drive the definition of the projects’ scope and design the respective plans to monitor their progress.
Identify the key resources that will be involved in each project and define the respective roles and responsibilities.
Highlight proactively potential issues and risks, discuss mitigation actions, and seek resolve them when/ where possible, propose plan amendments as needed.
Ensure that project deliverables are timely submitted by the respective stakeholders and meet the set quality standards.
Establish KPIs to monitor the progress and produce the required reports.
Facilitate the communication between all involved stakeholders.
Evaluate project outcomes as established during the planning phase.
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
BSc preferably in Informatics or Engineering
Working experience of 2 or more years in managing IT projects
Experience with the management of projects for Energy & Utilities companies will be considered as a plus.
Very good MS-Project skills; JIRA tool skills are desirable
Project Management certifications are desirable
Ability to collaborate effectively in versatile environments, adopting an agile way of working
Proven client-facing and collaboration skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
