United Health Services is seeking a Physician Practice Supervisor 2 to join our Executive Physician Practice Management department at Vestal Ortho in Vestal, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

Salary range:

$26.13 - $40.53 per hour, depending on experience.

Overview

Assumes responsibility for all operations of the office including maintaining provider, patient and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff is compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. The Supervisor I level of responsibility includes more than 17 direct reports, more than six (6) providers, working RVU’s of greater than 20,000, or a supervisory role for a teaching practice or multiple locations.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Three (3) years relevant medical office experience; one (1) year in a supervisory role or successful completion of UHS Supervisor In Training program.

Preferred:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

License/Certification
