DESCRIPTIF DE L'OFFRE

Au sein des restaurant de l'hôtel (Restaurant gastronomique Le Cap 1 étoile au Guide Michelin, Restaurant bistro chic La Véranda, Restaurant en bord de mer Club Dauphin) et pour une clientèle haut de gamme, vous assistez les sommeliers dans la préparation et le service des vins et alcools.
Vous savez conseiller le client en fonction de ses goûts et des plats commandés.
Vous êtes attentif(ve) aux remarques du client et vous savez travailler dans le respect des standards de qualité de l’hôtel.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

- Français courant exigé
- Bon niveau d'anglais souhaité
- Une troisième langue est un plus
- Maîtrise des techniques de sommellerie
- Formation Sommelerie
- Expérience significative en Hôtellerie de Luxe ou Palace et en Restauration gastronomique
- Ponctuel(e), Motivé(e) et Réactif(ve)
- Excellente présentation
