Fixed Term contract until 31st October 2025

The purpose is very specific and aimed at regularising our recent acquisitions and integrating them into the Asda business, hence the fixed term nature of the role. Successful candidates will:

• Transition all existing Euro Garages Limited Licences to the Asda Infomanager Licensing system.
• Help maintain all Euro Garages Limited licence renewals and add evidence/documentation to the Asda Infomanager Licensing system.
• Help obtain all missing Euro Garages Limited Licences and add evidence/documentation to the Asda Infomanager Licensing system.
• Transition all existing Leon Restaurants Limited Licences to the Asda Info manager Licensing system.
• Help obtain all missing Leon Restaurants Limited licence and add evidence/documentation to the Asda Infomanager Licensing system.
• This role is based in Asda House, but you will be required to work in our Blackburn office at least one day a week and the other at Asda House. So, the ability to drive would be beneficial, however, the train journey is only 1 hour, with stations close to both offices. (Travel reimbursement will be given when working away from base location of Asda House.)

• No previous licensing experience is required.
• Successful candidate will need good PC skills and be able to competently use Outlook, Word and have basic excel/spreadsheet skills.  You will need to be able to confidently use a computer for all your work.
• In addition, we require candidates with good telephone skills, to speak to councils and other government agencies and take part in Video calls using Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
• Full equipment will be provided along with full training on the Asda systems you need to use for the role.
