Description -
This role is responsible for driving the company's strategic direction for instore experience, ensuring that it remains competitive and adaptable in a rapidly changing business landscape. The role develops strategic recommendations by overseeing synthesis of data, conduction of in-depth analysis, and rigorous testing of hypotheses, ensuring well-informed strategic choices.
Responsibilities
• Manage HP's in store experience program globally.
• Provide external perspective on best in class store experience within and outside the IT industry
• Challenge the status quo and provide recommendations to HP's management on how to drive instore CX, measurements, store benchmarking at top retailers, KPIs, partner compensation and incentives
• Redesign market process of management to ensure successful adoption
• Review business results and run QBRs with Markets and CX agencies
• Interacts with all HP product teams to understand corporate priorities and fine tune measurements vs expected outcomes
• Provides thought leadership on store CX and contributes to expanding the knowledge base within area of expertise which includes developing new methods, techniques and criteria for developing strategy analysis and recommendations.
• Manage external agencies and ensures E2E quality process in place. May require business analyst resources
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience in retail store experience, market research, or Major Customer Experience agencies
