About the Role:

  • The In Room Dining Manager is responsible for supervising & managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s in-room dining department. 
  • This role requires an individual who is highly organized & able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Due to work permit and visa restrictions, Vietnamese nationality is preferred.

What you will do:

  • Ensure team adheres to service standards, hire & train staff, ensure that all customer needs are met promptly & efficiently, adhering to budget. The manager must also work closely with other departments within F&B as well as Rooms Division & Kitchen, to ensure that all aspects of the guest experience are seamless & enjoyable.
  • Must be able to motivate & inspire the team to deliver exceptional service at all times. Additionally, the manager should have a strong understanding of food & beverage service, as well as the ability to manage property assets under their responsibility with a keen eye on costs.
  • Overall, the In Room Dining Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a positive & memorable experience during their stay on the property. Assist in the organizing, managing, administrating & all operational aspects of the In-Room dining department. Maintain high-quality products & service levels. 
  • Expected to reduce employee turnover; enhance revenue, promote business & maintain payroll budgets.
  • Meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management / Restaurant Management.
  • 02 + years experience as a Room Service / Outlet Manager or 03 + years experience as a Room Service/ Outlet Assistant Manager.
  • Knowledge of food service operations along with a variety of styles of services is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills.
  • Guest centricity & understanding the importance of guest's preferences.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, English is a must, as well as strong leadership abilities. Computer skills are a must.
